• Provide oversight as the approval authority to any proposed process changes
• Act as the global process and data standards sponsor
• Contribute to long range business planning
• Set the strategic direction for global process design
• Work directly with the ERP program teams
• Lead the process harmonization and associated business systems solutioning

• 10+ years of hands-on operations experience
• Formal continuous improvement training
• In-depth understanding of SAP or other major ERP systems capabilities
